Randall did not compete on the 2000 Seniors circuit but returned to Europe to claim card number three at the Qualifying School at the PGA Golf de Catalunya course near Girona. Was a regular on the Seniors circuit between 1995 and 1999 with his best season coming in 1996 when he finished 16th on the Order of Merit. That year, he came second behind Tommy Horton in the Motor City Classic at the Warwickshire and he also notched a further second place finish the following season when he was edged out by Liam Higgins in the Seniors Zurich Pro-Am (Lexus). Won once on the European Tour when he defeated Britain's Guy Wolstenholme by two shots at the 1967 Swiss Open and on several occasions on his home circuit, including at both the 1972 and 1973 Australian PGA Championships. Represented Australia in the World Cup in 1973.
