Finished the year in 14th place to secure a return to The European Tour. Took up the game as a 14 year old at Selby Golf Club and got down to scratch within three years. Had the honour of playing alongside Arnold Palmer at the 1994 Masters Tournament on the back of his success at the 1993 Amateur Championship. A prolific Challenge Tour winner with seven victories to his name.
