Won 12 tournaments during his high school years, leading his team, Shawnee Mission East High, to three regional championships in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Played collegiate golf at the University of Kansas and was the 2017 Big 12 Conference individual champion. Was a member of the Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team in 2014. Was an Academic All-Big 12 first-team selection in both 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Earned promotion to the DP World Tour for 2022 after finishing 13th on the Challenge Tour's season-long Road to Mallorca Rankings.
