Claimed his first European Tour title in superb fashion in one of the final events of 2015, the BMW Masters. Recurring knee and hip injuries limited him to just 11 starts between 2018 and 2020. Made an emotional return to the winner's circle in 2021, earning his second European Tour title at the Dutch Open.

Blitzed through the Challenge Tour in 2012, winning three titles in four weeks to earn automatic promotion - the first win coming in only his second appearance at the Finnish Challenge.

Started his professional career on the Nordic Golf League, where he won four events between 2011 and 2012.
