One of the first Swedish golfers to make a name for themselves on the European Tour after turning professional at the age of 17 and successfully earning his card at Qualifying School in 1982.

Branched out into golf course design having created two courses, one in Sweden and one in Finland, with his father who is an architect.

Narrowly missed out on a card for the Senior Tour in 2015 after finishing tied ninth at Qualifying School.

Secured a maiden Senior Tour title in 2016 at Le Golf National, host venue of The 2018 Ryder Cup, at the Paris Legends Championship and would go on to win the Rookie of the Year award that same year.
