Turned professional in 2017, earning his card for the 2018-19 PGA TOUR season after finishing 16th on the Web.com Tour money list.

Earned his first PGA TOUR title at the Wells Fargo Championship in 2023 and later that year won his first Major Championship at the U.S. Open, finishing one stroke ahead of Rory McIlroy at Los Angeles Country Club.

Clark won on just his seventh start in a Major Championship, with his previous best finish at any of the four Majors being a tie for 75th.
