Hirst-Greenham has congenital hip dysplasia, creating chronic issues for the muscles, tendons and bones in his hip and leg.

The Englishman, one of the longest drivers on tour, made his EDGA debut in the PING Open for Golfers with a Disability in June 2022 and won the EDGA RSM Gross Series tournament in September.
