Started playing golf as a 13 year old after watching Seve Ballesteros win the Cannes Open in 1987 at Cannes Mougins. Nicolas's father also played to an 11 handicap. Often found on the ski slopes during the winter months and also enjoys all team sports including, unusually for a Frenchman, cricket. Coached by Michel Damaino since he started playing golf. Former French Amateur Champion and French PGA Champion.
