Born in Newcastle and raised in Bristol, Neal has become a highly respected Tournament Administrator with The European Tour after deciding to call time on his playing career. A winner on the Challenge Tour with victory in the 1994 Interlaken Open, Neal’s best season on The European Tour was in 1995 when he finished second in the Peugeot Open de France at Le Golf National.
