Son of professional Sid Mouland - who was Welsh champion six times - he made an early impression as an amateur, winning the 1976 British Boys Championship, aged 15 years and 120 days.

Needed four visits to the Qualifying School Finals before establishing himself on The European Tour, breaking through in 1986 by capturing the Car Care Plan International.

Recorded his highest ranking on the Money List in 1987, and collected a second Tour win in the KLM Open in 1988.

Secured his first Senior Tour title at the 2011 Belas Clube de Campo Senior Open de Portugal.

Won the British Par 3 Championship in 2016.
