Joined three of his 2007 Walker Cup team as European Tour winners – the others being Welshman Rhys Davies, Northern Ireland’s Rory McIlroy and Englishman David Horsey - when he won the 2010 Vivendi Cup.

Amateur highlights included receiving the 2004 Peter McEvoy Trophy, winning the Spanish and Welsh Amateur titles in 2007, and the Danish Amateur and Under 21 Faldo Junior Series in 2005.

His first professional title came at the 2008 Ladbrokes Masters on the EuroPro Tour.

Says his dream fourball would comprise of Tiger Woods, Diego Maradona and Peter Kay.
