A lover of classical music, he first learned to play golf as a three year old when his father took him to their local golf course in Neaux, north-east of the French capital Paris. Like his fellow European Tour Members Grégory Havret, Charles-Edouard Russo and his best friend Romain Wattel, he now plays out of Bussy St Georges Golf Club, on the outskirts of Paris. After winning twice on the Alps Tour in 2011 and topping the Order of Merit he entered the Qualifying School Second Stage, finishing joint winner alongside England’s Luke Goddard to progress to the Final Stage at PGA Catalunya Resort in northern Spain. Carded five rounds under par to finish in tenth place and earn his playing privileges on The European Tour for the first time. Made only seven appearances in a 2012 season hampered by injury and has a medical extension for 2013. In his spare time, he enjoys playing poker and drinking fine wines. His golfing hero is Rory McIlroy, who he first played with at the 2007 Lytham Trophy.
