Started the 2008 season well with a share of 19th place in the DGM Barbados Open and also ended it strongly, earning a conditional card for 2009, finishing 15th at the Senior Tour Qualifying School. Has achieved one victory on the Senior Tour, when he closed with a course record 63 to claim the 1998 Ryder Seniors Classic. That helped him to 18th in the Order of Merit – his best season on the Senior Tour. Since then, he has continued to impress with his ball striking. His wife Pat is a frequent visitor to tournaments, often acting as caddie for her husband. In between times, she works as a club manager at a golf club in Canada. Their eldest son, Gregory, is also a golf professional.
