Buenos Aires, Argentina Place of Birth5′ 10″ (178cm) HeightFishing Interests2005*, 09* Qualifying SchoolTook the final spot in the top 40 on the Order of Merit after opening the season with a share of sixth place in the Mauritius Commercial Bank Open and claiming another top ten finish in the Bad Ragaz PGA Seniors Open. Finished 35th on the 2010 Senior Tour Order of Merit after gaining his card through Qualifying School, where he finished second behind John Harrison. Recorded three top ten finishes, the highlight being a share of third place in the Travis Perkins plc Senior Masters. Also just missed out on a spot in the top 30 when he finished 31st on the Order of Merit in 2007. His best season came in 2006 when he secured his first top ten in the penultimate event of the year in Portugal before going even better at the season-ending Arcapita Seniors Tour Championship, eventually losing a play-off to Gordon J Brand. That second place represented his best result in 32 European Senior Tour events and saw him leap from 45th to 22nd spot on the final Order of Merit. Represented his country, Argentina, in the 1979, 1982, 1983 and 1985 World Cups and also in the 1986 Alfred Dunhill Cup, where, ironically, it was his win over Gordon J Brand that helped Argentina defeat England 2-1.
