Won his first regular European Tour title outside of Major Championships and World Golf Championships in 2019 at the inaugural Saudi International powered by SBIA. Sealed consecutive European Tour victories when he won his sixth WGC title at the WGC-Mexico Championship in his next start just three weeks later.

Continued his impressive form in Saudi Arabia in 2021 where he won his second Saudi International title - his second victory in three editions of the tournament and a year after finishing runner-up.

Had several close calls at Major Championships, before winning his first Major at the 2016 U.S. Open Championship at Oakmont.

Was first crowned World Number One in 2017, the same year he became the first player to have won all four World Golf Championships.

Ended a four-year wait for a second Major Championship victory in 2020, winning the rescheduled Masters Tournament with a tournament record score of 268, 20 under par.

Also in 2020, he became the fourth player in history to spend more than 100 weeks as World Number One.

Johnson has 26 worldwide professional victories to his name and has claimed at least one win in every year since turning professional in 2007.

Was also part of the winning team at The 2016 Ryder Cup at Hazeltine - his third of four appearances in the event - having represented the USA in a winning Walker Cup team as an amateur in 2007.
