Is a huge supporter of the Golf Foundation, a charity in Britain that looks to introduce children to the game, and believes that with the Foundation’s help, the UK’s next generation of golf stars can emerge from all different backgrounds. “Golf is difficult for kids who have a single mum living off the council struggling to pay the rent. They don’t have the means. But some will come through the Golf Foundation and it will be a new breed; different, more determined people who haven’t had everything in their lap and are prepared to work harder.”
