Won two European Tour titles in 2008 – the Michael Hill New Zealand Open and the Irish Open - en route to his career-best finish of 20th in the money-list.

Was plagued by an achilles injury in 2015 and was unable to retain his playing rights, but recovered in time to make a successful visit to European Tour Qualifying School.

Represented England at amateur level for five years from 1999, winning the Spanish Amateur Open in 2000 and becoming English Amateur Champion in 2002, before turning professional in 2003.

Played on the Challenge Tour in 2004 and gained his European Tour playing rights at Qualifying School the next year.

Has recently been turning his hand to player management off the course with the International Sports Management stable.
