The prestigious Rolex Trophy returns in 2016, 25 years after it was first staged – in which time it has fast become one of the most eagerly-anticipated events on the Challenge Tour.
Uniquely on the Challenge Tour’s schedule, the tournament takes the format of a Pro-Am, and its limited field of 42, plus its taking place at the world-class Golf Club de Genève, lend it a special aura.
Last year saw Nacho Elvira claim a third win of the season to earn immediate promotion to the European Tour – following Kristoffer Broberg and Benjamin Hébert as the third player to achieve this feat at this event.
