Relentless Rain Prevents Play in Ascona
No play was possible on the second day of the Credit Suisse Private Banking Open in Switzerland because of continual rain. The downpour, which has now lasted over 48 hours, has left fairways waterlogged and greens and bunkers flooded, while the forecast for Saturday is for more rain.

Bernardini leads by two in rain hit Ascona
Persistent rain brought a premature end to play on the opening day of the Credit Suisse Private Banking Open in Switzerland. Only half the field of 156, including Italy’s Marco Bernardini with 66, managed to complete their rounds before the Patriziale course became unplayable.
