Europe’s Ryder Cup Captain, Bernhard Langer of Germany, has reluctantly withdrawn from the 50th Volvo PGA Championship, to be played at Wentworth Club, Surrey, England, from May 27-30, due to injury.

For the Volvo PGA Championship, 20 places are available to PGA Members who are not qualified by the European Tour Category Ranking System. These places are nominated by the Board of the PGA.
