Søren Kjeldsen and Viktor Hovland are tied at the top of the leaderboard heading into the final round of the 2022 BMW PGA Championship, with Rory McIlroy in a chasing pack just one shot back.
The Scandinavian pair, both out in the morning, reached 12 under par and it was a mark that proved just out of reach for McIlroy, Thomas Detry and Rafa Cabrera Bello.

Kjeldsen was a very early starter and posted a bogey at the first but picked up four shots in as many holes, with an eagle at the fourth from the light rough at the back of the green and birdies at the fifth and seventh.
He birdied three in a row from the tenth with no putt longer than four feet and closed out his round birdie-birdie to add a 64 to Thursday's 68.
He said: "I made a few more putts today. I putted decent on Thursday but I putted well today, so there was the four shots."
He was close to an eagle at the last when a ten-footer stayed above ground and added. "It's a game like that, isn't it. If you only focus on the ones you miss, you're going to have a pretty miserable time so it's better to spend time thinking about the ones you make. I certainly try to do that."
Hovland, after a 64 on Thursday, reached double figures under par by posting birdies at the third and fourth and added another at the par-three 14th, after going close to an ace.
A first dropped shot of the week followed at the 15th but birdies at the 16th and 18th earned him his share of pole position as he signed for a 68.
He said: "My irons have been really good this week. I think I've only missed a handful of greens in total for the two rounds, and that obviously alleviates a lot of pressure.
"I still I feel like I haven't driven it the best but I keep giving myself looks and I frankly just haven't made too many putts either. But yeah, it's been really solid tee-to-green."
McIlroy had a lucky break at the 17th when he drove into the trees on the left only for the ball to be spat back out, and he went on to claim a birdie
Belgium's Detry, chasing his maiden victory, birdied his last three holes in a bogey-free 65, as did Cabrera Bello. The Spaniard had nine birdies while dropping shots at the first and the sixth.
