Austria’s Bernd Wiesberger has confirmed he will tee it up at the 2020 BMW International Open, which returns to Golfclub München Eichenried on the outskirts of Munich from June 24-28.
Wiesberger won three tournaments on the 2019 Race to Dubai, two of which came at Rolex Series events – the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open and Italian Open, and the 34-year-old finished a career-high third on the season-long rankings.
“I always really look forward to the BMW International Open,” said Wiesberger. “The tournament is organised magnificently and has a special atmosphere that we as players really enjoy and which is the reason we love coming to Munich.
“On top of that, it is close to my home country. I’m looking forward to teeing off at the BMW International Open once again in June, and in front of large numbers of people coming to the tournament from Austria and Germany.
