The 23-year-old Englishman added to his Hero Open title at this venue last week by capturing the Celtic Classic.

Horsfield begins his bid for a hat-trick of UK Swing titles at 10.23 alongside compatriot Andrew Johnston and Italy's Renato Paratore.

Another Englishman, Ashley Chesters, is first out at 07.00 with Sweden's Niklas Lemke and South African JC Ritchie.

France's Grégory Bourdy, a winner of this event in 2013, is joined by South Africa's Dean Burmester and England's Marcus Armitage in the 09.06 group.

Ross Fisher, a member of Europe's winning Ryder Cup team here in 2010, is off at 09.39 alongside home favourite Phillip Price and Scotland's Stephen Gallacher – both of whom have also tasted Ryder Cup glory.

Denmark's Thomas Bjørn, who has walked to south Wales from Wentworth to raise funds for UNICEF and the Golf Foundation as part of the European Tour’s Golf for Good initiative, is joined in the 13.51 group by Finland's Mikko Korhonen and Scotland's David Law.

Among the later starters are Belgian Ryder Cup star Thomas Pieters, Spain's Adrian Otaegui and Scotland's Robert MacIntyre, who tee off at 14.35.
