Kaymer, a former U.S. Open and US PGA Championship winner, tees off at 08.00 on Thursday.
The German is joined by Spain's Pablo Larrazábal and France's Romain Langasque, with the latter hoping for back-to-back victories after claming his maiden European Tour title in Wales last week.
Former Masters champion Willett is then in the next group out at 08.10 alongside fellow Englishman Matt Wallace and Austria's Bernd Wiesberger.
England's Jack Senior, Sweden's Joel Sjoholm and Dane Benjamin Poke form the first group out at 07.00.
Li Haotong, fresh from an impressive showing at the US PGA Championship which saw him hold the halfway lead, tees off at 12.00 in the company of former Ryder Cup star Nicolas Colsaerts and Denmark's Rasmus Højgaard.
Lee Westwood forms and all-English threeball with Eddie Pepperell and Andy Sullivan at 12.10, while Germany's Marcel Siem (14.15) and Spain's Alejandro Cañizares (14.25) are among the later starters.
