In his rookie season on Tour, the American has now won his second European Tour title in just 11 starts.

He also makes it win number six by an American on the European Tour this season. This comes after his previous victory at the Afrasia Bank Mauritius Open, David Lipsky’s Alfred Dunhill Championship triumph, Bryson DeChambeau’s Omega Dubai Desert Classic win and Dustin Johnson’s two victories at the Saudi International and WGC-Mexico Championship.

The American was also on fire with the short stick this week ranking first in Putts per GIR (1.71) and second in the Strokes Gained Putting rankings (10.1). He was also 15th in the Scrambling stats, getting up and down 62% of the time.
