Home favourite Lee Westwood was pleased with his performance at The Grove this week as he finished third in the British Masters supported by Sky Sports.
The 43 year old mixed six birdies with two bogeys on his way to producing a closing 67 on Sunday.
That saw the Englishman get to 15 under, three shots behind winner Alex Noren.
Ryder Cup star Westwood was happy with his display in Hertfordshire.
He said: "I played well this week. I've hit the ball really well tee-to-green and on the greens I've been very solid. My short game is good.

"I felt pretty comfortable all week and it was nice to play well.
"It has been a successful week. Obviously The Ryder Cup was disappointing for many reasons, for everybody, really. And then last week I struggled to sort of get back into it and get my tournament head on.
"This week, everything has been back together and I played well. Everything was good.
"It's been a great event. I think everybody's enjoyed it. It's a fantastic venue in fantastic condition. The greens are as good as I've putted on in Britain in October for many a year.
"Thousands have turned out, and it's October in England, and the weather is not always predictable.
"They give fantastic support and they are a pleasure to play in front of."
Westwood will now have a week off before making his next outing at the World Golf Championships - HSBC Champions in Shanghai.
"I'm looking forward to the end of the season and to some big events coming up," Westwood added.
"The next one is the World Golf Championships and obviously the Turkish Airlines Open and the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai.
"And I'm really looking forward to the World Cup of Golf at the end of the year with Danny (Willett) because I've never played in it before and it's on one of the best golf courses in the world, Kingston Heath, and to represent England, it will be nice down there and hopefully we'll both play well."
