Preparing for Your Interview
We understand that interviews can be daunting, and we want you to perform at your very best. Our interview process typically includes a mix of phone, virtual, and in-person meetings, designed to let you showcase your experience and skills. You’ll meet with several people who understand the role’s needs and what it takes to succeed here. Remember, interviews are a two-way process, they’re also your chance to see if the role and our company are the right fit for you.
Helpful Tips:
• Travel Information: If you’re driving to Wentworth, PGA European Tour’s headquarters, we offer free onsite parking. If you’re taking the train, our nearest stations are Virginia Water and Sunningdale, both of which have taxi services available. For other locations, advice and directions will be provided during the interview set up.
• The Interview: Feel free to bring a pad and pen into the interview, with notes if suitable, it’s not a memory test but an opportunity to showcase your skills, knowledge and experience.
• Dress Code: Smart casual is perfect. We want you to feel happy and comfortable.
• Interview Questions: Expect questions that help us understand your skills, knowledge, and experience. You might also be asked to complete a task during the process, which you would be informed of in advance. It may also be useful to re-read the job advert ahead of the interview.
• Support and Accessibility: If you need any adjustments during the interview process or have accessibility requirements, please let us know.
