Trio join Gonzalez out in front

Overnight leader Ricardo Gonzalez was joined on seven under par by Swedes Mikael Lundberg and Johan Edfors as well as Carlos Del Moral as the second round of the Open de España began in Seville.

Argentine Gonzalez had fired an opening 65 on the course where he claimed the 2004 Open de Sevilla but was among the later starters on day two.

That allowed Del Moral and Lundberg to make up a three shot deficit over the front nine at Real Club de Golf.

The most impressive move was that of Edfors - seeking his first European Tour title since he claimed three titles as a Qualifying School graduate in 2006.

The 34 year old birdied five of his first seven holes to join the leaders.

Gonzalez is not the only one with happy memories of the Real Club in Seville - and England's Danny Willett was adding to his this morning.

In just the second European Tour event of his career two years ago Willett, the world's number one amateur at the time, scored a third round 64 over the Jose Maria Olazábal-designed lay-out.

Now chasing his first professional title, the 22 year old from Sheffield began with a four under par 68 and, by collecting further birdies at the tenth and 13th, moved into a tie for fifth spot.
