Tip 1: The best view of the action
Sit, relax, and enjoy the live action.
Whilst our grandstand on 18 is sold out, free spectator grandstand seating is available on a first-come first-served basis in the following locations.
● 1st Tee
● 6th Green
● 13th Green
● 17th Green
There are picnic bench seating areas located in the Championship Village surrounding the food outlets, big screen, and exhibitions. There are also seating areas at each of the on-course public catering outlets. Dedicated viewing platforms will be positioned on holes 2, 6 and 13 for those with mobility issues.
Tip 2: Food and Beverage

Tip 3: Water stations and Sustainability
We are committed to creating a sustainable event at the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open.
We have installed water stations across the course and Championship village for players, staff and spectators.
We encourage the use of reusable water bottles.

Tip 4: An incredible range of activities
The Championship Village
The Championship Village is located near to the driving range and is where it’s all happening off the golf course with plenty of seating to relax. There will be a couple of big screens showing the action and scores so there is no need to miss any of the golf.
The Spectator Village is a hive of activity with lots of sporting activities within the Genesis Interactive Zone to keep the whole family entertained. Test your driving, chipping and putting with a range of challenges where you can win prizes. For a detailed list of activities, please click here

Genesis
The Genesis Experience Tent will introduce its visitors to the Genesis brand as well as its new partnership with the Scottish Open. Various digital and tech experiences will be featured such as a photo booth, a remote-control golf ball challenge, an interactive display and much more!
Come and relax in the Genesis Mobile Lounge where Genesis Personal Assistants will be ready to answer any questions you have about what makes Genesis so special. Visitors will also have an opportunity to enter the Genesis car display, allowing them to view Genesis models and also test drive their favourites! To book a test drive, please click here.
Family Friendly
The 2022 Genesis Scottish Open is proudly a family friendly event. There is a kids zone with activities an autograph signing area giving spectators the chance to meet their favourite stars. This is situated next to the recording and interview area by the green on the 2nd hole.
Tip 5: Where to find toilets and first aid locations
There are public toilet facilities available in the following areas.
● Championship Village
● 4th Green/5th Tee
● 6th Hole
● 14th Green/15th Tee
● 17th Hole
*Baby changing facilities are located within the disabled toilets
The First Aid tent is located at the entrance to the event. There will also be mobile first aiders onsite.
