The world's best are all gathered at St Andrews this week as the 150th edition of The Open Championship takes place at the Home of Golf.
Rory McIlroy and Jon Rahm will lead the European charge, while World Number One Scottie Scheffler and defending champion Collin Morikawa will look to bounce back from missed cuts at the Genesis Scottish Open.

Favourite - Rory McIlroy
The World Number Two is one of the form players on the planet right now and will arrive fresh having played just the two-day JP McManus Pro-Am so far this month.
He has top tens in all three of the Major Championships in 2022 and won the RBC Canadian Open on the PGA TOUR, as well as finishing third in the Rolex Series at the Slync.io Dubai Desert Classic.
Champion Golfer of the Year in 2014, McIlroy was raised playing links golf and finished in a tie for third at St Andrews in 2010, with three second-place finishes at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship also on his CV.
Form Horse - Xander Schauffele
The American has just returned to the top five in the Official World Golf Ranking after a remarkable three wins in a row, with two of them coming in the space of a week.
He won the Travelers Championship on the PGA TOUR at the end of June but even more was to come across the Atlantic. He lifted the trophy in the more relaxed setting of the JP McManus Pro-Am before five days later before coming out on top in a field containing 14 of the world's top 15 at the Genesis Scottish Open.
That shows he can handle links golf in front of massive crowds and a fourth win in a row and a maiden Major would truly cement his place at golf's top table.
Wild card - Robert MacIntyre
The Scot may have missed three of his last four cuts but there is no doubt that class is permanent with MacIntyre.
He said at The Renaissance Club last week that his entire season had been building to this fortnight and he will certainly not be short of support on home soil.
The 25-year-old also has two top tens from each of his Open appearances so far and with a wealth of links experience from growing up on the Scottish coast, this could be the time he finds his form again.
