Olesen's brilliant birdie burst
Thorbjørn Olesen started the day three shots off the lead but stormed to the summit after firing four birdies on each nine in his sparkling 64. He leads by two shots heading into the final round as he goes in search of a seventh DP World Tour title.
Wang's wonderful move
Jeunghun Wang continued his fine form from last week on Saturday as he reeled off five successive birdies around the turn to storm into contention. He is in a tie for fifth on 14 under with 18 holes remaining.
John Paramor remembered
The players paused on Saturday afternoon for a minute's silence in memory of former Chief Referee John Paramor, who has died aged 67. Joost Luiten paid tribute to Paramor after his third round, saying: "I’ve known him for the first 15 years I was out here. He was such a great guy, he was hard but fair and I think he’s one of the best referees we ever had. To wake up to that news was shocking, only 67 years old. It’s such a shame and it was great to see the one minute of silence on the golf course, hopefully he will have a good funeral and he will always stay in our minds."
Great Danes
Olesen will be joined in the final group by countryman Nicolai Højgaard on Sunday after the 21-year-old made an eagle, seven birdies and one bogey on day three. Højgaard is looking forward to it, saying: "It’ll be fun. We are going to focus on our own game and try to do the best we can, but it will be fun tomorrow with Thorbjørn."
