Major winners Henrik Stenson and Annika Sörenstam were today inducted into the Swedish Golf Hall of Fame for their service to golf and the community.
Established in 2022, the tournament hosts of the Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed were named alongside five other Swedes including Viktor H Setterberg (posthumously), Erik Runfelt (posthumously), Liselotte Neumann, Liv Wollin, and Sven Tumba (posthumously).
The induction ceremony took place on Sweden's National Day with Stenson in attendance to witness the opening of the Hall of Fame and the Swedish Golf Museum's new exhibition at Landskrona Golf Club.
"It is a great honour to be inducted into Swedish golf's Hall of Fame,” said Stenson. “I am incredibly proud of my career and can honestly say that the trip has so far surpassed all the dreams I had as a little junior."
Honored to have been inducted to the Swedish Golf Hall of Fame today.

Sörenstam will receive her award on Monday June 13 when her international girls' junior competition, the ANNIKA Invitational Europe, begins at Vasatorps GK.
Sörenstam added: "It's a lovely thing – a great honour. After all, it was all here in Sweden that it all started from me being a young junior girl who stood and hit buckets at Bro-Bålsta to representing Sweden in national team assignments.”
