Field: 120 Players (90 DP World Tour & 30 KPGA)
Format:
72-hole stroke play event. Leading 65 players and ties to play Rounds 3 & 4.
In the event of a tie for the first place there will be a hole-by-hole play-off.

General admission tickets allow access to the golf course plus fan village.
When will I receive my tickets for the event?
Adult tickets purchased online will be able to access their mobile ticket via the Interpark app. Please present the ticket QR code at the main entrance to gain entry.
For any disabled / national merit purchasers or children aged 12 and Under, a paper ticket will need to be collected at the Ticket Booth to gain entry. Please bring verification and/or proof of eligibility on arrival.
What do I do if I haven’t received my ticket?

When contacting us please include your order number, the surname of the booking and the email address used to create the booking. Please do check your junk/spam/clutter folder in your emails before contacting us.
I have bought a ticket for one day of the event, but would like change to a different day. Is this possible?

What time do the main gates open?
Gates will open 30 mins before the first scheduled tee time.

What do I need to remember while out on course?
• Remain still for each shot and do not move until all the Players in the group have played or holed out.
• Kneel or sit down if you are in the front row. Consider other spectators when using an umbrella.
• Do not speak to the players while they are on the course.
• Please keep behind the ropes and barriers on the course and use the official crossing points.
• Walk, don’t run, and obey the course marshals – they are trying to make your day more enjoyable.
• There is no dress code in public areas.
• Dress accordingly for the weather conditions. Sensible shoes should be worn. No metal spikes allowed.
• Please listen to any public address announcements and follow instructions from officials and volunteers should they be necessary.
Spectators can move freely around the golf course but please stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked by signposts and manned by course marshals, should be used when crossing fairways.
What do I need to do if there is Inclement Weather / Evacuation Procedure?
Observe the leaderboards and big screens throughout the golf course for weather warning signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. Spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended.
If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately, avoiding the following:
Open areas, Hilltops or high places, Isolated trees, Golf buggies and Wire fences
Where can I find Food and Beverage across the venue?
Alcoholic beverages are also not permitted to be brought into the venue.
There is public catering located within the Fan Village offering a wide variety of food and drink.
Where can I find public toilets across the venue?
Public toilet facilities are available in the following areas.

• Public Fan Zone
• On Course Holes 4 and 11
Mobile Phone Usage
While enjoying the live action, to make sure everyone’s experience is as enjoyable as possible, please ensure:
• Your mobile phone remains SILENT at all times
• Your flash is switched off at all times
• The following usage guidelines apply:
• Mobile phone photography for personal use is permitted throughout the week in all areas of the course
• Phone calls are allowed in non-competition areas only, such as practice facilities and mobile phone zones
• Data use (texting, email, using DP World Tour App, social media) is permitted at all times
• Please be considerate to other spectators
• At all times, please take care to avoid disturbing players and please respond to all requests from tournament staff, security, players and members of their team
What if I need Medical assistance?
Full medical and first aid within the Fan Zone alongside 14th Hole. Should you require medical assistance whilst out on course, please ask a marshal or event official who can help.
Where can I find any lost property?
Lost property that has been found can be handed in to the nearest marshal, volunteer or event official. All items will be delivered to the Ticketing Booth at the Public Entrance.
