Australian Peter Senior won the Pro-Am at The Senior Open Championship Presented by Rolex, joining forces with Irish amateur Dermot Desmond for a team score of 60 at Turnberry on Tuesday.
They finished one shot clear of local favourite Sam Torrance and his partner Henry Gros, followed by Frenchman Marc Farry and his partner Pascal Grizot.
The first round of The Senior Open Championship Presented by Rolex begins on Thursday, with former Turnberry Open Champion Tom Watson and double Senior Major Champion Roger Chapman in the field.
