Golf supporters have until the end of this month to get maximum discount on season tickets for the Open Championship at Carnoustie.
Until the end of January a season ticket costs £75, almost a 50% discount on the cost of the daily admission for the four days of the Championship and four preceding practice days.
Carnoustie last hosted the Open in 1975 when Tom Watson won the first of his five Championships and for many of the world’s top players this will be their first time playing over the Angus links where Mark O’Meara will be defending the title he won last year at Royal Birkdale.
All ticket applications should be made to: The Ticket Office, Royal & Ancient Golf Club, St. Andrews, Fife, KY16 9JD. Tel: 01334 478478
