Bernhard Langer won his 37th tour title by coming from four strokes behind the leader to win by four with a spectacular weekend of golf which included closing rounds of 64 and 63. Langer had been tied 55th after a first round of 70 and he was still only in fifth place starting the final round. But his eight-birdie closing 63 took him dramatically to the top of the leader board and he won by four strokes from Niclas Fasth and Ignacio Garrido, whose performance effectively sealed his Ryder Cup place.
