Robert MacIntyre believes he has a chance of victory after his flawless second-round 64 catapulted the Scot into contention at the Porsche Singapore Classic.
The World Number 14 is the highest-ranked player in the field at Laguna National Golf Resort Club after negotiating a 23-hour journey to get to Asia from Florida.
He only arrived in Singapore on Wednesday and was probably grateful, initially, for the lack of play on Thursday due to inclement weather.
The tournament was reduced to 54 holes as a result, but MacIntyre started with a one-over 73 on Friday and needed a decent second day to make the cut.
However, he eradicated any doubts and only looked up as he rolled in eight birdies, including four in a row at the turn, to record the lowest round of Saturday and sit four shots adrift of leader Dan Erickson.
On a plane again✈️ never done a Q&A on here so fire away and I’ll answer the ones I can/want? 😂

“Yesterday I was struggling late on. I think the bogey on 12 took the wind out my sails," MacIntyre admitted.
"I was running on a bit of adrenaline and doing nicely. I've been playing beautifully the last few weeks. So yesterday, I should have walked off there, at worst, four under par, but I've walked off one over.
"So it's one of those days where, (I told myself) you know what, I'm gonna go out there today and play the exact same way and just pick off a few more. And that's what I've done without doing anything special.
"I just cruised down, kept in play, driving it really well and the putter warmed up, and it was nice.
“It’s difficult now that we've cut the tournament to 54 holes, but Mother Nature — we can't solve that, 54 holes, obviously 18 more to go and if I go again tomorrow and do the same as I did today, I’m gonna have a chance.
"Last night was probably the best I slept since coming here, I didn't think the planes were landing in my room. But no, look I'm here to compete at a golf tournament, and tomorrow, hopefully I’ve got a chance.”
The Ryder Cup star has been in fine form in recent weeks, which included a top-ten finish at The Players Championship, and MacIntyre praised his close-knit team for his success.
“I think I've got one of the best teams in the world around me," he added. "It's not just me, look I'm a golfer, I go out there every day and do my job, but you need help to do your job. Mike Burrows, to Simon Shanks to Mike Kanski... The whole lot of them put trust in me, but I also put a lot of trust in them.
"They give me a kick up the back side when I need it and they also bring me back down to earth once I've done something well, but they also keep me level headed.
"I just trust the guys around me and don't be scared to invest in myself. Although I need to trust them, I also need to trust myself. That's probably my biggest asset."
