Alvaro Quiros was flying the flag for the Reale Seguros Open de España this weekend by hitting some shots during the Real Betis v Athletico Madrid match on Sunday.
The 2010 Champion from Cadiz hit several shots in the half-time exhibition to celebrate the 100th Reale Seguros Open de España which starts on Thursday at Real Club de Golf de Sevilla, Spain.
Quiros was the special guest at the Benito Villamarin stadium, home of Real Betis, for the 2-2 draw, where he also exchanged shirts with Betis president Miguel Guillen.
The Open de España, first played in 1912, was also the first event of the new European Tour in 1972, won by Antonio Garrido.
