TICKETS:
Do I need to print my ticket out?
There is no need for you to print your ticket out. We only ask that it is easily accessible on your phone as it will be required at both the main entrance and when you check-in to hospitality.
When am I due to receive my e-tickets?
Tickets will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2023 event will be Digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.
TRAVEL:
Is there dedicated parking for hospitality guests?
Premium Experience guests are eligible for 1 car parking space between 2 paying guests. Car park passes were issued with your event tickets. If you have not received your parking pass, please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com. Premium Experiences guests' parking is located in Car Park 3.
I originally said I didn’t need a car parking pass and my plans have now changed, can you please arrange for one to be sent to me?

I need more than one car park hanger per two persons, how can I get more?
Additional car park passes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and onsite capacities. Please email premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com with your request and we will do our best to assist..
Where can a taxi pick-up / drop-off?
Taxi and Uber drop off and collection will be at the public car park only. There is strictly no Taxi/Uber drop off at the Renaissance Club for General ticket holders.
Is there a shuttle service running to / from the train station?
Free Shuttle Bus Longniddry – Renaissance Club
A free shuttle bus service will be provided Wednesday to Sunday connecting with trains at Longniddry Railway Station. Journey time will be approximately 20 minutes but will be subject to traffic conditions. Shuttle buses are expected to be busy at event in and out, so please plan ahead an allow plenty time for your journey.

Is there disabled / blue badge parking – where is it located and do I need a pass?
There will be dedicated disabled spaces on site for spectators whose vehicles display a blue badge. Wheelchair users will need to contact Ticketing@europeantourgroup.com in order to make arrangements in advance and gain admission to site.
HOSPITALITY:
Will my special dietary requirements be catered for?
Vegan and Vegetarian options will be available as alternatives each day. Should you have any other special dietary requirements please contact premium@europeantourgroup.com.
Can you please advise on timings throughout the day for hospitality?
Hospitality will open at 09:00 and close at 18:30 with Breakfast at 09:00 – 11:00, Lunch at 11:30 – 15:30 and afternoon tea at 16:30 – 17:30. For further details please contact premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com
Can I smoke or e-smoke on the terrace / in the grandstand?
Smoking is not permitted in hospitality, any structure, including grandstands, outdoor balconies & viewing platforms.
Is hospitality wheelchair friendly / accessible?
All Premium Experiences at the event are wheelchair friendly. Please contact ticketing@europeantour.com providing full documentation and a member of the customer service team will be back to you with full information.
Is there complimentary WiFi available?
Yes, there is no password for the #ETG-Public-Hotspot. The user will need to enter their name, email address and accept the terms and conditions to onboard onto the network. WIFI Coverage will extend to the following areas: Public Village, Hospitality, Operational Areas, 6th, 17th and 18th.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual attire is recommended (shorts are permitted, but no ripped denim).
CHILDREN:
What is the policy on bringing children into hospitality?
Children are permitted within hospitality but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they still require their own admission ticket.
Can I bring a buggy / pushchair?
Yes - however please be aware of uneven terrain. The ground is uneven and particularly under wet conditions the ground may become slippery. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury.
Are there high-chairs available?
High-chairs are unfortunately not available in hospitality.
POST-EVENT:
I left an item in hospitality. Do you know if it has been handed in?

MISC:
Can I bring my own alcohol to site?
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
Am I allowed to bring a camera?
No Professional Cameras, Audio or Video recorders allowed within the venue. Mobile phone photography for personal use is permitted throughout the week in all areas of the course.
Is there a mobile phone policy?
The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however phones must remain on silent at all times. Please ensure your flash is switched off at all times.
How do I know what time players are teeing off?
Tee times will be available on our website Genesis Scottish Open 2023 - DP World Tour (europeantour.com) or our app. Please note that the draw is not made until the Tuesday of event week.

Are there TV’s in hospitality?
Full TV coverage of play will be available within hospitality.
Are there any other bars / facilities I can access on the course with my ticket?
Champions Club guests have access to the greenside terrace overlooking the 18th green.
Are there disabled toilets on the course?
All toilet locations marked on the site map do have disabled toilets within the same vicinity.
