The Complimentary Bar at The Champions Club and The Ballroom includes Beer, Wine and soft drinks only. There is a cash bar for Spirits and Champagne.
Parking and Travel
Car Parking for the event is limited and only one car park pass for Car Park 5 is allocated per two guests - guests are therefore asked to travel together when possible. Please follow event signage to Car Park 5, which is to be accessed through the Green Entrance, located off the A30.
Please note that walking to Green on 18 may take up to 30 minutes, depending on where you are allocated parking on arrival. Shuttles will be running throughout the day to and from the car park to a dedicated drop-off / pick-up point located near the Practise Range.
Due to onsite restrictions, there will be no access to the Wentworth Estate without a valid car park pass.
In terms of travelling by train, the nearest mainline station is Virginia Water and a complimentary shuttle bus will be available from / to the train station and the entrance to the Championship Village.

Do I need to print my ticket out?
No you can present your e-ticket on your phone.
When am I due to receive my e-tickets?
All tickets and passes this year will be electronic and will start being sent out on Thursday, 18 August. If there are any problems or you haven't received anything by w/c 22 August, then please contact a member of our team at premium@europeantourgroup.com

Will my special dietary requirements be catered for?
Vegan and Vegetarian options will be available as alternatives each day. Should you have any other special dietary requirements please contact premium@europeantourgroup.com.

What is the policy on bringing children into hospitality?

To make sure everyone's experience is as enjoyable as possible:

The following usage guidelines apply:
Mobile phone photography for personal use is permitted throughout the week in all areas of the course.
Mobile phone video capture is allowed throughout the week in non-completion areas only; such as practice facilities and mobile phone zones.
Data usage (texting, email, using the European Tour app, social media) is permitted at all times.
Please be considerate to other spectators.
At all times, please take care to avoid disturbing players and please respond to all requests from tournament staff, security and members of their team.
