The Green on 18 Premium Experience is sold out on Friday and Sunday, but limited availability remains on Thursday and Saturday.
Please find the necessary information below regarding your day at The Renaissance Club.
Parking and Travel:
Travel By Car
Spectators should follow the yellow AA event signage which will direct you to the public car park.
There will be no access to the Renaissance Club for spectators’ vehicles, except those with valid car park labels.
Parking
Premium Experience guests are eligible for 1 car parking space between 2 paying guests. Car park passes were issued with your event tickets. If you have not received your parking pass, please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com
Premium Experiences guests' parking is located in Car Park 3.
Travel by Train
Spectators travelling by train should stop at the Longniddry Rail Station.
All ticket holders will be able to use the free bus service, which will drop you off at the entrance to the Genesis Scottish Open.
Shuttles will meet each train at Longniddry travelling both from Edinburgh and to Edinburgh.
Disabled Customers
There will be dedicated disabled spaces on site for spectators whose vehicles display a blue badge. The disabled car park is situated in CP2. Wheelchair users will need to contact Ticketing@europeantourgroup.com in order to make arrangements in advance and gain admission to site.
Spectators wanting to rent an electric scooter will be able to do so at the Event Mobility tent located in the village.
Event Mobility is a charity and kindly asks for a donation of £30 for using electric scooters and £10 for the manual wheelchairs.

Spectators can also pick them up on the day and these are available on a first come first served basis.
Taxi/Uber
Taxi and Uber drop off and collection will be at the public car park only. There is strictly no Taxi/Uber drop off at the Renaissance Club for General ticket holders.

Thursday/Friday: Open/Close 09:00-19:00, Breakfast 09:00-10:00, Complimentary Bar Open 11:00-18:30, Lunch 12:30-14:30, Afternoon Tea 16:00-18:30
Saturday/Sunday: Open/Close 09:00-20:00, Breakfast 09:00-10:00, Complimentary Bar Open: 11:00-19:30, Lunch 12:30-14:30, Afternoon Tea 16:00-18.30

Tickets
Do I need to print my ticket out?
No, you can present your e-ticket on your phone.
When am I due to receive my tickets?
Digital tickets will be shared with customers via the registered email address, the majority of which were fulfilled during the month of May. If you have purchased recently and have not received your tickets, please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com referencing your booking ID.
Hospitality
Will my special dietary requirements be catered for?
Please contact premium@europeantourgroup.com with any dietary requirements asap and by 20th June at the latest, please reference your booking ID.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other requirements will be catered for, and advance notice of these will help in event day delivery for a great guest experience. Please also advise of any severe allergies by the above date.
Is there complimentary WIFI available?
Yes, there is no password for the #ETG-Public-Hotspot. The user will need to enter their name, email address and accept the terms and conditions to onboard onto the network. WIFI Coverage will extend to the following areas: Public Village, Hospitality, Operational Areas, 6th, 17th and 18th.
It would be recommended to wear casual golf wear. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury. Please check the weather forecast before you set off on your journey. Blue denim are not permitted in the Clubhouse or within Hospitality.
What is the policy on bringing children into hospitality?
As this is an area where alcohol is served. We would recommend that Hospitality is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age and remind our customers that all customers must have a valid ticket to enter the hospitality area . We don't have a discounted children's rate for Premium Experiences purchases. For any questions or clarification, please contact; premium@europeantourgroup.com.
