Halfway leader Grégory Bourdy was yet to tee off when the players were brought off the course in Seville.

The Frenchman held a one shot advantage over Spain’s Jorge Campillo, Italian teenager Matteo Manassero and English pair Robert Rock and Danny Willett.

Dyson had also bogeyed the first after going long into sand, but he matched Storm's birdie at the second when his approach kicked off a bank to nine feet.
