PGA European Tour – COVID-19 Spectator Code of Conduct

It is vitally important to us to protect the health and wellbeing of all players, staff, volunteers and spectators attending PGA European Tour events (the “DP World Tour”) and, as such, entry to all DP World Tour events will be subject to strict acceptance of and adherence to this COVID-19 spectator code of conduct (the “Code of Conduct”) and, if applicable, the latest Government guidance.

By purchasing a ticket you have agreed to adhere to this Code of Conduct as well as ensuring that all members of your group are aware of and adhere to this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in you being denied entry or removed from the relevant event.

You must not travel to or attend a DP World Tour event:

  • if you or anyone in your household has or develops any COVID-19 symptoms;
  • receive a positive COVID-19 test within 10 days of an Event you are attending.
  • if you are required (in accordance with Government guidance at the time) to self-isolate whether by way of receiving a positive COVID-19 test, due to an enforced period of quarantine post-international travel or otherwise; and/or
  • if you are subject to other restrictions which mean you cannot travel to or from or attend the event.

Please check your travel arrangements are in place to travel to and from the event, referring to the latest guidance from public transport providers. We encourage you to use personal transport, walk or cycle to the event, where possible.

Please follow all signage and the instructions of DP World Tour staff, officials or any emergency service personnel.

Please ensure you maintain good hand hygiene at all times, use the hand sanitiser dispensers provided around the venue and avoid touching your face or any unnecessary surfaces.

You must wear a face covering in any specifically designated areas. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, please download the appropriate form and have this pass with you at all times; hidden-disability lanyards are available from the ticket office. Please inform relevant DP World Tour staff of your exemption upon arrival.

Do not stand in circulation routes and make sure all corridors and doorways are clear to walk.  When it is time to leave the event, please avoid busy exit times and take care.

We ask that you be considerate of your surroundings and the concerns of your fellow spectators.

We hope you enjoy your day and thank you for observing this Code of Conduct.
