Following a groundbreaking general meeting at the start of August, a unanimous decision was made to begin the implementation of a part-ownership scheme for the stunning set of suites owned by Linna Golf.
Linna Golf, located 100km north of Helsinki and a member of the prestigious European Tour Properties portfolio, is celebrating its tenth Anniversary this year and now Vanajanlinna Golf Suites Oy has announced it will begin to offer prospective customers the option to purchase a one-sixth share of a suite.
Costing approximately €50,000 and offering the part-owner eight to nine holiday weeks per year in the gorgeous surroundings of Vanajanlinna, plus opportunities to play at Linna Golf, it is a concept that has grown in popularity in Finland and across the world as a modern, flexible way to own and enjoy first-class real estate is magnificent surroundings.
