Northern Ireland teenager Rory McIlroy moved into a share of the lead alongside Oliver Wilson midway through the final round of the UBS Hong Kong Open.
The 19 year old McIlroy is looking for his first professional win and put himself in contention to do just that at the Hong Kong Golf Club.
He picked up four birdies on the front nine without dropping a shot to climb the leaderboard and was 14 under for the tournament after 10 holes.
Wilson, meanwhile, is hoping to avoid a ninth second-place finish on the European Tour and made the ideal start to his final round with a birdie on the par four first.
However, the 28 year old failed to pick up further shots along the front nine, he missed a five foot birdie putt at the par five third, and reached the turn one under par for the day.
Chinese Taipei's Lin Wen-tang was one stroke behind at the 13 under having carded two birdies and one bogey through nine holes while Italian Francesco Molinari and Thailand's Chawalit Plaphol were tied for fourth at 12 under through 11 and 12 respectively.
German veteran Bernhard Langer, who will become the oldest winner on the European Tour should the 51 year old be victorious, was 11 under for the tournament having reached the turn level par.
Colin Montgomerie was four shots off the pace through 11 having carded three birdies against two bogeys and was 10 under for the tournament alongside Graeme McDowell and Iain Steel.
The course yielded plenty of birdies during the morning with both defending champion Miguel Angel Jimenez and John Daly picking up eight shots in flawless rounds.
