Made in Denmark will return to Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort for the fourth consecutive season in 2017.
The tournament has been a huge success since it joined the Race to Dubai in 2014, attracting large crowds and creating one of the European Tour’s most iconic holes in the popular par three 16th known as Himmerland Hill.
With this year’s event already off to a strong start, it was announced that the tournament will continue at the same venue in 2017, with the tournament taking place from August 24-27.
Flemming Astrup, Promoter of Made in Denmark, said: “I am proud that in just three years we have been able to raise Made in Denmark to what we have seen this year and I am confident that we can continue to develop the tournament, both for the players and for the spectators, so even more people will want to watch it.”
Keith Waters, The European Tour’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “Made in Denmark has been a real success story on The European Tour, with superb organisation and crowds, and it is a very popular event among our players, so we are delighted to be returning to Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort next year.”
