Former Open Champion Paul Lawrie of Scotland will be walking the West Highland Way next week to raise money for charity.
On Tuesday August 3, Lawrie and his wife Marian will be joined by four friends on the 96-mile trek to raise funds for The Paul Lawrie Foundation.
The Foundation, which was launched in March 2001, has steadily grown in both popularity and reputation.
It has developed a programme for under-18s which gives youngsters the opportunity to take up golf, and encourages them to develop and fulfil their sporting potential.
