Two time Masters winner Bernhard Langer secured his fourth win of the season on the PGA TOUR Champions circuit with victory at the Boeing Classic.
The former Ryder Cup captain has been in imperious form throughout 2016, having recorded four wins and a further eight top ten finishes in the United States, including a share of third place at the WINSTONgolf Senior Open on the European Senior Tour.
In the Senior Majors, he finished tied for third at the US Senior PGA Championship in May, and tied ninth at the Senior Open Championship Presented by Rolex. The following week he finished the US Senior Open in a share of 11th place.
At TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, Langer carded rounds of 69-67-67, finishing at the top of the leaderboard alongside Woody Austin and Kevin Sutherland in a three-way play-off.
Langer, who celebrated his 59th birthday at the weekend, birdied the first play-off hole to win his fourth title of 2016.
