In the afternoon, Tyrrell Hatton goes out with football stars Alan Hansen, Kenny Dalglish and John Terry at 12.45pm, five minutes after home favourite Séamus Power gets under way on the tenth.
World Number Two Jon Rahm tees off at 1.05, followed ten minutes later by Shane Lowry, and three-time Major Championship winner Pádraig Harrington starts his week at 1.20 on the tenth.
Reigning European Number One Collin Morikawa gets going at 1.45, 20 minutes before 15-time Major Champion Tiger Woods makes his much-anticipated return in his first event since the US PGA Championship.
Leona Maguire is next off the first at 2.15, followed by four-time Major champion Rory McIlroy, who gets his week started ten minutes before World Number One Scottie Scheffler.
