KLM Open

After three successful years of sponsorship, ING Private Banking has extended the deal by a further two years, and together with KLM and event organsiers TIG Sports will continue to support the Netherlands’ sole European Tour event.

Next year the KLM Open will celebrate the 100th  edition of the event, which has been won by some of golf’s greatest players including Seve Ballesteros, Bernhard Langer, José María Olazábal, Colin Montgomerie and many others.

Daan Slooter, Tournament Director of the KLM Open, said: “We are very happy with the extension of the partnership.

“The Netherlands can be proud of a sponsor who embraces golf so broadly and intensively. For a rooted and prestigious tournament like the KLM Open, it is thanks to ING Private Banking's impetus that it has been able to develop further.

“For example, we were able to introduce Beat the Pro. We look forward to further cooperation in the next two years. "

The 100th edition of the KLM Open will be played on the The International golf course, in Amsterdam, from September 12-15, 2019.

The KLM Open is organised by TIG Sports and supported by title sponsor KLM, and partner sponsor ING Private Banking.
